Your works are directed by a registered architect and building engineer
By law, every project like yours has a technical direction team (dirección facultativa): a registered architect and a registered building engineer (aparejador), with the qualifications and liability that directing it requires. Day to day, your point of contact looks after you; behind them, they answer for every decision, from the design to the habitation certificate.
Quality management system based on ISO 9001
Defined procedures, documented checks and every phase recorded in writing, from the very first project. You’ll see it in the paperwork you receive: you know what was checked, when, and who was responsible.

Everything in writing before we start
Every part with its quality defined and its price, and the handover date written into the contract. What is signed is delivered.

From every completed project, a percentage of the profits is donated to cancer research projects. We’ll publish the name and the figure here as soon as the first donation is made: like everything at Veroda, in writing.
